The various therapeutic approaches I use are Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MBCT), Schema therapy (ST), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
